Customer has unconditionally agreed to the following when purchasing and/or using WhiSki Poles:
Skiing is and of itself a potentially dangerous sport. Never ski beyond your ability and always stay in control to avoid obstacles and other people. It is understood that the user may fill them with an alcoholic beverage that does not freeze in cold weather. As a purchaser or user of WhiSki Pole, you are warned that alcohol may impair your judgment as well as coordination and ability to remain in control of your actions while skiing or any other time.
You, as the purchaser and/or end-user, agree that you are responsible for your own safety and agree that you know how to safely participate in the sport of skiing, hiking or any other activity the product may be used for. You further agree to observe any rules, regulations, or practices that may be employed to minimize the risk of injury participating in the activity. You further agree to stop and seek assistance if you do not believe you can continue in a safe manner and to refrain from any and all actions that would pose a hazard to yourself or others.
With your purchase and /or use of WhiSki Poles ski poles, you agree that safety is your own personal responsibility and acknowledge that skiing has the inherent risk of personal and potential permanent injury and even death. If you purchase the WhiSki Poles ski poles as a gift you agree that you are personally responsible to pass this release to the recipient and or end user, releasing WHISKI POLES LLC of any and all liability. The purchaser and/or end user unconditionally and expressly release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, and agree to hold WHISKI POLES LLC, its trustees, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims or injuries including death that the user may sustain in conjunction with the activity.
In no event shall WHISKI POLES LLC be liable under any circumstance whatsoever for any injury to any individuals including the user or damage to property as a result of ownership, possession or use of the WhiSki Poles product(s) and shall hold WHISKI POLES LLC harmless from any liability whatsoever as a result of the use of the product.
By placing an order you agree that you have read, understand and will be bound by the above Liability Release in its entirety without exception.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of used products. This is at the discretion of WHISKI POLES LLC. Any item not in original retail packaging will be considered “used.”
Returned products must be in original “new” condition, in original factory packaging with all instructions, tags, and accessories. Items returned not meeting these conditions may be charged a minimum re-stocking fee of $25. The method of refund will be in the same form of original payment method used. WHISKI POLES LLC reserves the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met, and customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the returned order WHISKI POLES LLC will inspect the product(s) and process accordingly. Accepted returns will be either exchanged for another item or you will be refunded the original charges, less re-shipping charges and $25 restocking fee. We do not accept return parcels that are billed freight or C.O.D.

For International Shipments: If you choose not to pay the customs fees at the time of delivery the package will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund on your order.
Products that are returned after the 30-day period will be processed as store credit only (minus re-stocking fee).
If you purchase a product that you feel to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible. WHISKI POLES LLC does not carry a warranty on products. All units are checked for quality during the manufacturing process.
